When we were first approached by Jeff Pollack of Trident Equity Group about his interest in a tenant occupied property that we owned in San Carlos, CA we were uncertain as to whether or not it would be a wise choice to do business with him. We are retired and live out of state and had a lot at risk. With the reassurance of our son, a realtor, we proceeded with caution and recently closed escrow on the sale of that property. Our decision to do business with Jeff was one of the best we’ve made. The transaction was handled professionally and all terms of the contract were honored. Jeff is very easy to talk to and he does everything he says. Working together we were able to close escrow in half the time we originally set and all went very smoothly. Escrow was opened with a reputable title company and all funds were deposited in a timely manner and the funds required to close the sale were in escrow, on time. Ours was an all cash sale and that was our biggest worry, such a large amount of money. We’ve bought and sold a few properties since our retirement and have been just as pleased with Jeff as we have been with some of the other professionals we’ve done business with, if not more so. What could have been difficult was made easy and we are very appreciative of the level of professionalism Jeff brought to our deal.
